Košice sells real estates on auctions

The city of Košice wants to sell 18 apartments and 7 other real estates of its property through public auctions (26th-29th October) with the call price of almost 2 million €. During the first day will be sold 6 one-room apartments in Baltická Street, during the second day one-, two-, and several-room apartments in different localities of the city; on Thursday lands for the construction of family houses, civil amenities and garages. The offer also contains areas with objects in Michalovská Street 49 and a part of the former hotel Európa in the Ulica protifašistických bojovníkov Street. Auctions opened to the general public will be held in the magistrate in Košice in SNP Boulevard.
