Plzeň: interest in Hamburg growing

This May, the property developer UBM Bohemia introduced its new project Hamburg, situated on a site of the same name in the centre of Plzeň, opposite the Prazdroj site, in the neighbourhood of the Angelo design hotel. The company plans to launch construction at the beginning of next year. After five months from the beginning of sales, 30% of the offices, luxurious flats and non-residential premises for shops and services have been already pre-rented by serious tenants. What makes Hamburk different from other projects is a combination of several functions: residential, administrative and retail, including service areas. The concept is similar to that of Anděl City in Smíchov, Prague, which UBM Bohemia finished several years ago.
