Britta Cesar appointed as Skanska Property’s Managing Director
Britta Cesar was appointed as the new Managing Director of Skanska Property Czech Republic. Britta Cesar has been working for the company since 1998 and the last two years she worked in Stockholm, where she was in charge of investments in properties and business transactions. Before that she worked in the area of investments in commercial properties in Central and Eastern Europe and PFI/PPP projects in the United Kingdom. In her new position she will replace Rikard Henriksson, who decided to leave the company and continue in his professional career in Niam, as of 1 February 2010.
Britta is 36 and currently lives in Stockholm. In her free time she listens to music and likes yoga, skiing, sailing and travelling. She holds a MSc degree in Land Surveying, specializing in Property Financing, from the Lund Institute of Technology, University of Lund.
