TriGranit received the Developer of the Year award
TriGranit received the Developer of the Year award in the 2nd CiJ Awards Slovakia competition, organized by the publisher of one of the most prestigious magazines about real estates in Central and Eastern Europe CEE Construction & Investment Journal (CiJ). “TriGranit was the first foreign developer to enter the Slovak market; it has implemented outstanding projects and become a renowned and well-respected development firm. The award is an encouragement and a major commitment for the future that will make us further improve our quality on the market and remain a business partner that you can rely on,” said Radomír Němeček, CEO for TriGranit Development Slovakia. Gábor Zászlós, the company’s Board Chairman, added that TriGranit has invested over EUR 220 million in Slovakia and has created almost 6,000 jobs. Since its founding in 1997 it has become one of the biggest development companies in Europe. Today it operates in 11 countries in Central and Easter Europe. In Slovakia it has successfully implemented the projects Polus City Center, Millennium Tower I and II. In June 2008 it opened the first part of the administration complex Lakeside Park – class A administration building, which offers almost 25,000 square meters of office areas of the highest standard available on the Slovak market.
