The Košice urban district Krásna intents investing to development
The Košice urban district Krásna counts on incomes in the total amount of 661 887 Euro in this-year budget, and intends investing 174 268 Euro hereof to development. Marek Kažimír, the Krásna major, told, that the building-up of the second phase of canalisation at price above 66 388 Euro belongs to the most important actions to the end of electoral term and the same amount will cost the the ing-up of public park in front of the manor-house, which they want to reconstruct at price of almost 166 000 Euro. „We want to gain the needed sources from the purchase of the former municipal office structure,“ the major told and supplemented, that they will also reconstruct the wide centre of the village created by the streets Lackova, Opátska and Žiacka.
Krásna undergoes huge development of house building. Presently engineering networks are being approved for the building-up of 150 family houses in the Na hore II locality, the land is preparing in the Pri jazere locality for the building-up of 256 family houses. They are also working on the zone planning scheme change for construction of the so-called Krasňanské dvojičky (twins) involving 210 housing units. „While realizing this construction the number of Krásna inhabitants will grow by 2000 up to totally about 6000 ones. Positive for the village is that developers are building the complex basic infrastructure and advanced public facility at their own expense. Besides, LF Development Company will build-up sports and relax centre in the Na hore locality,“ the major told. However, present crisis will probably touch preparation and the building-up of family houses in the Pri jazere locality, by him.
