Services of the Land Register will be more electronic

Services of Slovak Land Register will be more electronic. As it results from the deputies draft law on the Land Register and registration of ownership and other rights to real estates, which introduces the deputy of NR SR Ján Slabý (SNS), the proposed amendment creates basic legislative conditions in order to make the cadastre services electronic and to accelerate the cadastre observance. Ensuring effective central expedition of papers from the Land Register, which presents executing several millions actions a year, will be a part of the electronic services. „Only uniquely defined ownership rights to real estates effects positively the entrance of new investments, motorways and speedways building, industrial parks and strategy constructions,“ the deputy Slabý supplemented.

Electronic services will cover not only offering information for the Land Register, but also submitting motions for the registration of rights to real estates by electronic ways. Dynamically developing market involving real estates effects substantially requirements for correct and fast information on ownership and other rights to real estates and their offering by the Land Register services. Making the services electronic is a part of the Operation Program of Society Informatization in addition as well as fulfilling the resolution of the Slovak government from May 2008 on national concept of public administration informatization.
