The Cabinet approved an acceleration of enrolments of land registries in the 1st package of PPP
The government approved the proposal regarding the remedy and acceleration of enrolments of land registries to secure registers of the renewed land registration and legal relationships to them in connection with the 1st package of PPP projects. Minister of agriculture and president of the Office of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre of the SR have to provide so that the registers in the Cadastres of Svinia and Bertotovce villages would be enrolled into the Land Cadastre Prešov till September 30. Any time delays and consequent impossibility of enrolments may cause a significant delay in the initiation of the 5 sections construction of the D1 between Martin and Prešov in the length of 75 km: Dubná Skala – Turany, Turany – Hubová, Hubová – Ivachnová, Jánovce – Jablonov and Fričovce – Svinia.
