By the end of next year, the mortgage brokerage Clever CZ wants to hire eight hundred consultants in the whole Czech Republic; the company started its activities at the beginning of this March. Its goal is to become the biggest domestic consultancy and brokerage in housing financing. Another area of activities is the provision of project financing for housing construction for property developers, and the third segment includes client financing for completed larger housing projects. Clever CZ obtained the money for its launch by way of loans from a group of domestic entrepreneurs. “They are companies operating in other segments, not in property development,” says Robert Tomeš, the company’s Managing Director.
