Two flat houses are going to be build-up in Bratislava Dúbravka
The general investor of Bratislava announced the public tender for the building-up of two flat houses in the municipal district Bratislava-Dúbravka, in the locality Pri kríži. Expected price of building works lasting 16 months presents 2.3 mills Euro, VAT excluded. The flat house will be solved with two authentic sections – 9 aboveground storeys. There are designed 26 flats and the house facility in the object.
The lowest price is decisive while evaluating the offers. The interested parties have to submit the profit-and-loss statement for years 2006 to 2008. Minimal turnaround of the applicant for the participation in the competition has to present totally 9 mills Euro from the building-up of flats in the mentioned three years. Another condition is the documentation on the build-up of minimally 100 flats in year 2004 to 2008. At least one contract for the building-up of objects and houses has to have the value above 1.45 mills Euro, VAT excluded.
