Izotech Group will build-up further hundred flats at Nové Mesto
Izotech Group, s.r.o. Company will build-up 5 residential houses involving one hundred rental flats in the second phase at the price of 4.834 mills €, VAT excluded, at Nové mesto nad Váhom. The opening expected price of building works presented 3.651 mills €, VAT excluded. The contractor succeeded in public tender based on one accepted offer. Building works in local Čachtická Street ought to last from June this year to the end of October 2010. The investment ought to be financed from the means of MVRR SR grant, ŠFRB credit and the town budget.
In December 2007 Izotech Group, s.r.o. Company obtained the order for the building-up of 5 residential houses involving one hundred rental flats also in the first phase of works in Čachtická Street at the price of 3.983 mills € (120 mills SKK), VAT excluded. The contractor was chosen in public tender based on two accepted offers, when the lower price was decisive.
