They are going to start-up the building of the Trnava Park Shopping Centre at the beginning of summer

They are going to start-up the building of the Trnava Park Shopping Centre, one of the biggest shopping centres in Slovakia, at the beginning of summer. Jan Blažek, the communication manager for the Central and Eastern Europe of the Irish developer company Parker Green International, confirmed it. The centre will be on the main road Bratislava – Trnava, in the PSA Peugeot Citroën motor-car works vicinity, where the business zone of Top Development Company with the Baumax centre already stays in the present. The 1st phase of the project consists of 38 000 m2 of rental spaces for the key renter and further 120 retail premises on 2 storeys. The total value of the investment should achieve about 100 mills Euro. „We plan to open the centre in the third quarter of 2010, just before the Christmas,“ Blažek informed. The economy crisis will not influence the image, the size and the time of the centre finalization, by him.
