Actual requirements for housing exceed ŠFRB budget
Actual requirements for backing, which the State Fund for Housing Development (ŠFRB) registered as per April 15, 2009, present 221.927 mills €. It is by 67.3 % more than this-year budget of the fund in the amount of 132.681 mills €. The entire required backing presents 267.052 mills €, however, it is decreased to the real level by sinkers and annulments in the amount of 45.126 mills €. ŠFRB obtained entirely 1 337 applications for backing as per the mentioned date and accepted 375 applications by 90.693 mills €. The fund registered actual requirements by 122.046 mills €, when the budget is 69.973 mills € concerning the program the building-up of a rental flat. It approved backing to 90 applications in the amount of 57.537 mills €. Requirements for renewal of flat houses achieve 70.015 mills € when the budget for this purpose is 26.555 mills €. Approved backing to 111 applications achieves 23.937 mills €.
