Subsidies for insulation will probably redistribute by SFHD

The State Fund of Housing Development (SFHD) probably will redistribute the state money for the insulation of houses and flats. Deputies moved the amendment to the Law on SFHD to the second reading. For the proposal voted 139 of 140 present members. Robert Fico Cabinet has decided that for this purpose will go 71 million Euro from the state budget, which they got in from the emission trade. The insulation program involves the provision of interest-free loans for the insulation with a maturity of 15 years to owners of older apartments and housing administrators in the amount of 100% of eligible construction costs.
