Astra Park residence: seller provides large discounts
The real estate agency MEXX Reality offers a high discount of up to 23% on the sale of flats within the large development project Astra Park in Klecany, near Prague. Up to CZK 700,000 can be therefore saved on the purchase of a flat. “We want to motivate our clients to buy a flat in this way. We think this very large discount for our clients will appeal to much more people than for instance the offer of a car with a new flat,” says Ondřej Soukup, of RK Mezd. The Astra Park project in Klecany includes a total of 400 housing units in five apartment houses. The first building has been already erected. The project also includes the construction of a multipurpose centre that will offer a restaurant, offices, cafés, a shopping centre, bowling, fitness etc. The whole project, developed by IMM Astra, will be completed in 2010.
