The South industrial zone in Nitra already given building permits
The investors in the South industrial zone in Dolné Krškany, Nitra, already have building permits for engineering networks, roads and extension of the road I/64. These building permits were provided by the city’s subsidiary – Nitrianska investičná, s.r.o., which deals with the preparation of this zone for businessmen. It wants to construct the infrastructure using state money; an application for a subsidy of about EUR 11 million has been submitted to the Ministry of Economy. The zone has two parts – one intended for domestic small and medium-sized enterprises, the other for higher value-added investments. 12 domestic companies focusing on light machinery will occupy an area of about 4 hectares. In the second stage, the German company Mühlbauer Technologies, s.r.o. will build its scientific and technological centre.
