The first foreign solicitor’s office in Bulgaria registered on basis of valid law on advocacy became PETERKA & PARTNERS (P&P). Registration procedure was carried parallelly with discussions that Bulgarian and foreign offices were leading for more than a year, concerning the forms of services provided by foreign solicitor’s offices in the country.
