The president of the Slovak Republic gave green to the insulation program

The state support for the insulation of houses and flats is reality since July 01. The president of the Slovak Republic Ivan Gašparovič has signed the amendment of the Law on the State Housing Development Fund as well as amendments to other laws to enable the candidates for the state support to apply for the interest-free loans. The government has earmarked totally 71 million Euro to support the insulation program. These means will be used for financing the insulation of houses and flats in the form of the interest-free loan with the maturity of maximally 15 years. The citizens and communities will be using the loan for financing up to 100% of eligible costs of the insulation.
