Bratislava: the first two stages of Jégého alej have been checked

The 1st and the 2nd stage of the multifunctional object Jégého alej in Bratislava Ružinov have been checked. As told Pavla Temrová, the spokeswoman of the development company FINEP, owners of 506 flats and apartments will start to move in the building at the end of this year. At present they sold 80% of the total number according to her information. „Another wave of interest we expect after the construction completion, when conservative customers, buying ready-made spaces, will be interested in the flats,“ she said. In addition to flats and apartments in the building are situated 458 underground parking spaces and 16 commercial premises.
