Chorvátsky Grob: the centre Monar grew in Monarská alej

At the village of Chorvátsky Grob 13 km from Bratislava grew the commercial-relax centre Monar, which is a part of the project Monarská alej where will find a new home about 400 families. The building contains medical ambulances, masseur, cafe, restaurant, shops, fitness centre, squash courts, a kindergarten, a multifunctional hall for family celebrations and working meetings. It also includes an outdoor playground and over 150 parking spaces. „The centre will contribute to improving the infrastructure in this locality, which persuaded us to situate the multi-generation project of housing right here,“ said Jana Ježová, the agent of Vara Group.
