They want to build the multifunctional building for 16 millions Euro in Bratislava
The new multifunctional object will grow-up in a quiet part of Bratislava Karlova Ves in the Staré Grunty locality. Úver Invest, Ltd Company plans to invest over 16 millions Euro to its construction. The investor will build-up the multifunctional object GreenHILL on lands formerly used as gardens. As it is apparent from the investment project, the company intends to begin with the construction in autumn 2010, with its completion planned for 2 years later. There would be located civic facilities, new apartments as well as the lodging-house in the area. The investor intends to build-up the lodging-house with 24 double rooms and 68 new residential units of varying size. Over 2 500-m2 area will be allocated for shops and services. The multifunctional object should be spread on the area of more than 7 thousand m2, the built-up area should be over 2 500 m2.
