Flats for 70 mill. to be built in Devínska Nová Ves

A 68-thousand m2 housing complex costing EUR 70 mill. should grow in Devínska Nová Ves town part in Bratislava. Doprastav Beta plans to build the blocks-of-flats called Slnečný vrch, providing 590 to 670 flats. The start construction the housing complex is scheduled for March 2010, its completion for the end of 2020. The 3– to 8– storey houses will have amenities (shops and services, office spaces and public dining facilities) besides their housing function. 1640 to 1850 residents are expected to find their new homes at Slnečný vrch.
