Spišská Belá is negotiating about Šarpanec with another investor

Spišská Belá is negotiating with further – the 5th interested person in investing in tourism in the area of Šarpanec under the High Tatras. The investor plans to prepare a whole project even in times of crisis and to begin construction during its aftermath. According to the mayor Štefan Bieľak the latest proposal is realistic and acceptable compared with previous ones. The land owned by the city with the area of 63 ha within the protection zone TANAP between Spišská Belá and Tatranská Kotlina (Valley of Tatra) should be used by natural way, i.e. without many buildings, with lots of natural elements.
