Ekospol: revival of the real estate market?

In the last two months, Ekospol recorded growing sales of new flats – over 10% higher in June and July than in the previous two months. According to Evžen Korec, Ekospol’s CEO, this development could be another fragment implying a certain revival of the real estate market. There have been even news on growing prices of flats in Prague and Brno, and similar signals are coming from the United Kingdom. “Even though the reported price increases in the United Kingdom and in Prague are in the tenths of percent, they are definitely good news. It is yet to be seen if this is the beginning of a long-term growth trend on the real estate market or just a short-term fluctuation,” Evžen Korec commented.
