CPI: Na Výši residence completed

CPI Group has successfully received approval for the Na Výši residential house in Košíře, Prague, which required an investment of CZK 56 million. The four-storied building offers a total of nine flats of a very high quality and functional architecture. The prices of the flats start at CZK 5.3 mil., excl. VAT, for 2 rooms + kitchenette, and at CZK 10.3 mil. for 4 rooms + kitchenette. At present, 4 flats have been already sold.
