Ekospol opens Rezidence Strašnice

The Rezidence Strašnice project was opened on 15 July 2009. The residential complex is located in one of the last places suitable for residential development of a similar scope in this traditional residential part of Prague 10, between the Strančická and Průběžná Streets. The project involves a total of 102 flats in two five- to six-storied houses connected underground to the garages and technical rooms. The two topmost stories are recessive, with extensive terraces with an area of up to 160 square metres.
