Amazon Court launches

A new energy-saving building called Amazon Court, another part of the River City Prague project undertaken by Europolis, has just grown on the Rohanské Nábřeží embankment in Prague 8. Amazon Court has seven aboveground and three underground floors and offers 19,800 square metres of office areas and 2,200 square metres of areas for services and multipurpose use. The building employs energy-saving technology. For example the roof in the atrium is made from ETFE film – a pneumatically supported membrane structure that features excellent mechanical and thermal-insulation properties. Amazon Court is the first building where the ETFE film was used in the Czech Republic.
