An administrative centre costing 50 million will be built in Bratislava

The company Europolis Harbour City is planning to build an administrative centre costing approximately EUR 50 mill. near Bratislava’s Prístavný most. The construction is expected to start in March 2011 while the completion is planned for two years later. The centre will stand in the city suburb of Ružinov in the locality of Mlynské nivy. It will comprise 8 groups of 5– to 37-storey buildings up to the maximum height of 150 m above ground. The centre will provide more than 105-thousand m2 of administrative area, over 9-thousand m2 allocated to shops, a hotel and space for catering services. Underground parking space for about 2 000 cars is planned below the entire area of the complex.
