Skanska preparing another green building

Skanska Property CR is preparing City Green Court project at Prague´s Pankrác. The building will have international environmental certification LEED. The building will offer approximately 15 000 m2 of modern A-class office space for lease. The building will consist of seven floors arranged around a central atrium under which, will be located car park in the basement. Project start is planned for the end of 2010 and the new office building should be ready for tenants in the first half of 2012. The City Green Court was designed by architectural studio Richard Meier & Partners from New York in co-operation with the local studio Cuboid Architekti. Skanska has built the Nordica office building Nordica in Ostrava in the “green“ standard.
