Liptovský Mikuláš wants to build an industrial park

The town of Liptovský Mikuláš is planning to build an industrial park in the locality of Okoličné. The assumption is that here could find a job around 500 people. With its construction should begin next year; its completion is scheduled for December 2011. The park should have an area of about 52 thousand m2. It will be designated in particular for development of a medium sized manufacturing, focusing on electronics, light engineering, furniture industry, sewing of shoes and warehouse management. The city will displace here the operation from the central zone to ensure better development of tourism.
