An intention to build an industrial park near Žilina

A new industrial-logistics park with the area of 18.6 ha will probably grow near Žilina in the cadastre of Varín, nearby the Kia Motors Slovakia automobile plant. The company Proma Invest is planning to build it for approx. EUR 54 bill. The park should serve mainly for logistic and distribution or light industrial production. Proma Invest is a development and investment firm, its scope of work includes building development, complete activity in realization of residential property, industrial building, production and logistic centres, entertainment-shopping centres and individual housing construction.
