New mapping of industrial parks in Slovakia
Cushman & Wakefield in Slovakia have prepared II. edition of updated and modern Industrial map of Slovakia. C&W professionals were charting the current situation of industrial parks for rent in the Slovak regions. The map clearly shows the differences in offer of industrial spaces and zones in individual Slovak regions. “The highest number of modern industrial spaces for rent are in Bratislava and Trnava regions. The location along D1 motorway near Senec is dominant in the Bratislava region. Insufficient number of modern storage spaces is recorded in Central Slovakia, and in Eastern Slovakia – mainly in Prešov and Košice – the demand is recovering and new development projects of logistics centres are created. The imbalance in the offer is caused mainly by development of infrastructure in particular regions,“ says Martin Baláž from industrial real estate department at C&W in Slovakia.
