Central Group launches construction of the Nové Letňany project

Central Group has just completed a tender for the construction of the first residential house in the Nové Letňany project. Sefimota has become the general contractor for the building. The ten-storied residential house with 136 flats in total, whose construction is just being launched, will require an investment of CZK 165 million. The construction is scheduled for completion in August 2011. According to the property developer, almost half of all flats have been already sold.
