A boulevard for EUR 50,5 mill. to be built in Tatranská Lomnica
The company Esin group plans to invest approx. EUR 50,5 mill. in construction of Lomnické korzo (Lomnické boulevard) in the High Tatras. The construction should start in the course of this year, its completion is scheduled within 5 years. It plans to build in Tatranská Lomnica 24 touristic complexes, 2 hotels, 3 amenity buildings, 3 family houses, sports fields, eating facilities or an ecumenic chapel as well as to reconstruct the mountain hotel Horec on the area of 54 thousand m2. The project should provide 304 accommodation units with 963 beds and over 7 thousand m2 of commercial and service areas. 1 200 places will be created in the eating facilities. Lomnické korzo will bring 158 new working opportunities. Esin group has constructed Apartmány Kukučka and Apartmány Lomnica in Velká and Tatranská Lomnica in the past.
