Prokopský vrch will offer rental flats too

RS development company has completed construction of the residential project Prokopský vrch in Prague 13. The apartment building Prokopský vrch was designed by the architect Pantelis Larcou, the main contractor was the company RS stavební. The building comprises of the main ten-storey “body“ from which extends a seventeen-storey tower at the south-east end. The project offers 170 flat units with 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom layouts with areas from 45 to 119 m2 and prices of the units ranging from CZK 2,6 mill. to 10 mill. Twenty flat units out of the total number of flats are designated for rental. They are 1-bedroom units which will be fully or partially furnished and each will have an allocated parking space. 121 units have been sold so far, ie. over 70 % of the project. Further sales will be supported by discounts of up to 25 % on flat units and so called “studios“ (ie. units not fully compliant with all standards e.g. in terms of light or noise levels, however, they are fully habitable). The Czech building and property development company RS development has been active in the market since 2003. Projects completed include Rezidence Kateřinky, Villa Porcellana and two stages of Rodinné domy Šestajovice (Family Houses Šestajovice). Apart from the nearly completed project Prokopský vrch, the company is currently building the apartment building Anglický dvůr (English Court) in Prague 8.
