FINEP: stage III of Bytový park Prosek launched
The company FINEP has started construction of the second stage of Bytový park Prosek (Prosek Residential Park) and also launched the third phase of sales. “The second stage of Prosek Residential Park have only 47 vacant flats out of 138. Construction is on schedule and owners of these flats will be able to move in in spring 2012,“ says Petra Kopecká, FINEP´s spokesperson and PR manager. “Due to the clients' interest in living in this area, we started selling the third stage in October, there are 46 new flats available there,“ Kopecká adds.
Selling flats in the third stage of the Bytový park Prosek build on the previous phase. These two blocks of flats – Eben and Habr – with 46 flats ranging from 1 rooms plus kitch. (from 37 m2) to 4 rooms plus kitch. (up to 120 m2). All flats have a balcony, terrace or patio. There are of course garaged parking spaces. The projected completion date of the third stage is spring 2013. Prices start at CZK 2.1 million. By the end of this year, FINEP plans to start selling further phases of the residential projects Malý háj in Prague´s Štěrboholy and Britská čtvrť (British Quarter) in Západní Město (West City).
