Hochtief will build Office Island in Letňany

The planned complex of six modern office buildings by Hochtief Development until recently known as Administrativní Centrum Letňany got a new name Office Islands. The new name is based on the overall concept of the project where each of the buildings will represent an island and together they will constitute the office complex. The initial letters of the six names selected for the islands (Ithaka, Svalbard, Luzon, Andros, Niau and Dalma) make up the word “Island“. The Office Islands complex will offer approx. 68 000 m2 of modern office space within the six administration buildings. It will be located by the underground station Letňany which is an important junction in the north-western part of Prague and is it near the planned outer ringroad. The construction is planned to start in the 3rd quarter of this year, the completion of all stages is planned for the second quarter of 2014.
