Outlet centre costing 52 mill. to be built near Trnava

A new outlet centre will probably be built near Trnava. Bratislava company ONE Fashion Outlet plans to build a centre of retail outlets (after-season goods from shops) in the cadastral area of Voderady, costing EUR 52 mill. Approximately 500 new jobs should be created here. The outlet centre should cover the area of nearly 214 thousand m2. Its total built-up area should be 79 thousand m2, of which 57,7 thousand m2 will be warehouses and 14,6 thousand m2 will be retail outlets. The investor should start construction at the end of this year and finish the last – third – stage at the end of 2016.
