Voderady: One Fashion Outlet to open in spring next year
Property developer Realiz has received planning permission for construction of the outlet centre One Fashion Outlet at Jozefov Dvor near Voderady in the Trnava region. Opening is scheduled for spring 2012, this is a slight shift compared to the original proposal which envisaged completion at the end of this year. General contractor for the project worth EUR 75 million will be Slovak construction company HANT BA, architectural design was provided by studio Holder Mathias Architects from London. 16,000 sqm of sales area with over 70 designer fashion and sports shops will be built in the first phase.
Construction of One Fashion Outlet is divided into 3 phases with total sales area of 36,500 sqm. The shopping park will have around 130 shops, commercial and restaurant space, a recreational area with a lake, children´s playground and a car park with nearly 2,500 parking spaces. Realiz was founded in 2005 and focuses on the evaluation of investors´ property in the form of property development activities from land acquisition to turnkey project implementation. The decision to build an outlet park is backed by the fact that Slovakia is the only V4 country with no such project yet.
