FINEP: Office Development Director is Štěpán Jirout
New Office Development Director is Štěpán Jirout. He co-ordinates realization of office projects from their design to successful lease or sale. Štěpán Jirout previously worked in top manager positions in companies Orco and Skanska. “Newly created Office Development Director position is one of the steps which will strengthen our position in the construction of top office buildings sector. We would like to continue in the success of the office quarter City West in the Západní Město project by building new projects. City West is, for example, seat of Siemens and the pharmaceutical company Bayer,“ says Tomáš Pardubický, CEO of FINEP HOLDING. Štěpán Jirout is married and has two children. His hobbies include tennis, SCUBA diving and travelling.
