Immorent ČR sold Avenir E to Hypo Real Invest
Immorent ČR have sold their office project Avenir Budova E (Building E) in Prague to the Austrian investor Hypo Real Invest (fond HRI Immobilienfonds Nr. 1) for approximately EUR 15 mill. Hypo Real Invest AG thus completed their third transaction in the Czech Republic this year. The building is located in Prague 5 and it was completed in 2007 as the last stage of the Avenir Business Park project. It offers a total of 6 861 sqm of office space and it is currently leased to tenants such as CSC Computer Science, KJ Trade, Import Volkswagen Group, Porsche CEE, The Kite, Hero Czech, Komix and others. “The transaction is a proof of the fact that trust and will to invest in real estate projects such as Avenir Budova E are returning to investors,“ said Tomáš Velemínský from Immorent ČR.
