125 new family houses to be built in Čunovo
Construction works on the new residential zone Malé Čunovo will start in summer. 109 detached family houses and 16 terraced houses will be built on the total area of 10 hectares. A special feature will be so called neighbour gardens – common grounds of the house owners. They will choose themselves how it will be used. It can be a garden with barbecue, swimming pool etc. According to property developers, the neighbour gardens will offer space for mutural communication, meeting and creating social networks. “We would like to create certain type of community,“ Martin Drázský, representative of the investment company Reform Capital Slovakia explained the concept. The developer is company Mladé Čunovo, investor the company Bratislava Greenfields which has three other projects in their portfolio – Centrop City, Bratislava Airport Cargo and Ružovinská project.
