4500 new flats for sale in Slovak capital

According to KPMG analysis, nearly 4500 new flats at various stages of construction are on sale in the Slovak capital. Most are offered for EUR 1700 to 2100 per m2. The highest demand is for flats priced at approximately EUR 1600 per m2, according to KPMG. Most new flats sold in Slovakia are in the Bratislava region. KPMG survey shows that they are mainly completed projects or projects nearing completion in attractive locations for reasonable prices. Projects where construction has not started show weak demand. A low number of transactions was recorded in the luxurious property sector. NBS expect the average prices to remain steady this year.
