Church wants to invest in the construction of a new zone in Petržalka

A new area for administration, housing and recreation should grow in the city district of Bratislava – Petržalka. Roman Catholic Church, Bratislava Archdiocese, plans to build it in the locality of Kapitulské polia on the area of over than 368 thousand m2. The construction should begin in the mid of 2012, its completion is planned for the end of 2019. It would request 275 to 356 million € – depending on which of the two variants (935 / 3 138 or 1 152 residential units / 4 474 inhabitants) the investor will choose.
