Best of Realty enters its 12th year
The “Best of Realty“ competition is entering its 12th year. Czech buildings completed and approved after 1st January 2009 can compete for a nomination for “Best of Realty 2010 – Nejlepší z realit 2010“ award until Friday 3rd September 2010.
Every year projects which contributed to the growth of the standard of the Czech property market and which illustrate the abilities of property developers, architects, designers, builders and real estate agents are rewarded in the following categories: Residential Projects, New Administration Centres, Refurbished Offices, Shopping Centres and Hotels. In addition, a project which outstandingly contributed to the development of the Czech property market in the respective period is awarded Special Award of the Jury; a personality who significantly contributed to the development of the sector is awarded the “Award for Excellence“ special prize by Association for the Property Market Development). Last but not least, the public can also vote for the best property project regardless of the category, the voting takes place on the competition´s webpage at www.bestofrealty.cz and on the webpages of their media partners.
Contenders for the “Best of Realty – Nejlepší z realit 2010“ award in any of the categories need to send their electronic applications by 3rd September 2010 – a completed nomination form (www.bestofrealty.cz, www.bestofrealty.com) and to deliver a CD with high quality photographs of the project´s exterior and interior. Last year 43 projects in five basic categories and three projects in the “Special Award of the Jury“ category were competing for the award.
