ČSAD Prague wants to build on the Rohanský Island

“Construction should start next year. If we don’t have tenants at the time, but the market situation is good, we are able to build the project speculatively," says Eduard Forejt, of the consultancy Jones Lang LaSalle (JLLS), which is one of the players in the Rohan Business Centre project (Rohan BC). The investor is the ČSAD Prague holding, which has already reconstructed the Perla Hotel in the centre of Prague, among other things. Rohan BC should grow at the Karlín embankment, next to the Prague River City complex. The investor owns other land in this location as well. Rohan BC will have an area of 8,500 square metres. The costs are estimated at CZK 350 million and the building will be completed in 2012.
