Syndicate of banks will provide EUR 41 mill. for Trnava Park
Financing of the construction of the commercial complex Trnava Park located at the entry to Trnava near the PSA Peugeot Citroën automobile plant will be provided by a syndicate of banks led by Slovenska sporiteľna; the amount will be nearly EUR 41 mill. As the spokesperson for Slovenska sporiteľna, Štefan Frimmer, informed, the loan for the company Property Development – a member of Northern Irish group Parker Green – will be provided together with SLSP also by VÚB banka. As the head of property financing department at SLSP Radoslav Jakab said, the project, thanks to its location near the motorway, has the potential to attract visitors from other cities and to create about 1 500 new jobs. Trnava Park with the area of 28 thousand m2, the overall investment of approximately EUR 100 mill. and finalization of construction in the last quarter of 2011, should be the largest property development project in the Trnava region.
