Brno: CTP purchasing land
A contract to purchase land of 420 000 sqm at Brno-Černovická terasa (Brno-Černovice terrace) has been signed between the city of Brno and the company CTP. CTP plans construction of up to 20 new properties there over the next five years. Commencement of construciton at these plots is expected already in the 1st quarter of next year. “We operate 4 CTParks in Brno and for 5 years we have been successfully operating the office complex Spielberk Office Centre. We therefore welcome expansion of our activities in Brno and we believe that, as in our other projects, we will be able to offer our tenants similarly high standard of services which they are accustomed to,“ said Remon Vos, CEO of CTP. The total construction costs on the new plots will exceed EUR 120 mill. CTP will build mainly for the high-tech, automobile and electronics industries. The project also includes space for design, research and a testing centre. Buildings will be offered for lease, while CTP will handle the design, construction and property management.
