Trnava: Logistics centre to be built in Zeleneč by Italians

A new logistics centre is expected to be built in the cadastral area of Zeleneč near Trnava. It will be used by the Italian company Codognotto Slovensko. As the investment plan, submitted by the investor for the Environmental Impact Assessment, indicates, construction of the centre will cost approx. EUR 38 mill. About 530 new jobs will be created thanks to the project. The investor plans to start the construction still this year and its completion two years later. The logistics centre will cover an area of 226,7 thousand sqm, the built-up area should account for nearly 170 thousand sqm and the total storage area in 19 halls will be 64,6 thousand sqm. Administration space of 14 thousand m2 will also be created within the complex.
