Logistics and industrial centre to be built near Košice
The company KKP Invest intends to build a logistics and industrial centre costing EUR 68 mill. on the area of nearly 30 ha in the cadastral territory of Veľká Ida near Košice. Over 460 jobs will be created once it is completed. The investor wants to start construction in March 2011, its completion is planned for 2015. The centre will be comprised of several multi-purpose halls together with service and operational buildings. The building is planned as 3 logistics halls for a wide spectrum of purposes (logistics, developmental activities, commercial space, 4 service and operational buildings). The total floor area of all park buildings should be more than 103 thousand sqm.
