Construction of a new logistics centre planned in Bratislava

A new logistics centre will probably be built in the Slovak capital, covering an area of 25 thousand m2. The company Realiz intends to invest approx. EUR 8,5 mill. in its construction, located in Devínska Nová Ves. 50 new jobs should be created thanks to the centre, comprising of three single-storey halls and a three-storey administration building. The logistics centre should provide nearly 8,5 thousand m2 of storage area and more than 470 m2 of administration space. The investor intends to start building in May this year and the completion is planned for two years later.
